My main goal is to step on stage at the Olympia in the next 2-3 years, bringing the best package that I can. There currently isn’t a woman representing the UK in Womens Physique so it would be an honour to be the first. I also aim to make my pro debut next year, hoping to place top 5

Who Inspires You?

I remember when I was around 10 or 11 years old,  I was absolutely amazed by Dana Linn Bailey! I would watch her videos constantly on YouTube, idolising the way she trained, her drive and her commitment to every show she did, the biggest one being the Olympia, where she won the first ever WPD title. I’ve also always been a fan of Seth Feroce, not necessarily for his physique but for his approach to hard work. One of my favourite sayings from him is ‘I don’t have problems, just more work to do’. Seth is always striving to develop and improve himself, which is something I aim to do every day, especially on my road to my pro debut.

What Motivates You?

What motivates me the most is making my inner circle proud, my friends, my family, my coach, they’re my drive and the reason I stand on stage! Without these people around me 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, I wouldn’t be able to do the things I do or be where I am today. Secondly, just the pure love I have for the sport is another motivational factor. When I was younger, I struggled hugely with my mental health (this was due to the loss of my mother) and it was the gym that essentially saved my life. From that day onwards I’ve always wanted to push myself and make my mum proud. I’m a huge believer in self-development, and because of this, every day I wake up with a drive to be better, and that’s the best kind of motivation.

Favourite Tune to Train To?

The music I listen to while training changes from time to time! But currently I’m super into Slipknot, especially the live version of The Blister Exists!

Why Fireball Labz?

I am super SUPER excited and honoured to be a part of the Fireball Labz team. The drive and passion the company have towards, not only developing their products but to their athletes is second to none. Fireball Labz has a family vibe, and this is something a lot of other company’s lack. These companies simply care too much about the social media influence the athlete has and not about how much the athlete loves the sport, this is definitely not the case with Fireball Labz. I honestly cannot wait to grow with the team and with the company! Big things are coming, and I’m 100% in!!
